      <description>Hi Bill,Sorry to hear about your daughter.&amp;nbsp; Cancer does not respect age, unfortunately.In case Marcie doesn&amp;#39;t see your post, I want to let you know there is a caregiver named Michael-PA on the Johns Hopkins Pancreatic Cancer Online Support Board.&amp;nbsp; His wife Sherrie has NET and has been to Basel several times with apparently very good results.&amp;nbsp; He has a web site titled RoadToBasel.com describing their trip and her treatment.Michael-PA knows tons about NET and I have no doubt you would learn a lot from him.&amp;nbsp; He will reply to a message posted to his attention on the Hopkins Board.Good luck.Joan L&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; </description>

      <description>Marcie,I hope you read this.&amp;nbsp; My 17 year old daughter also has nueroendocrine islet cell cancer.&amp;nbsp; She was diagnosed at age 10 and had the Whipple operation&amp;nbsp; at Sloan Kettering.&amp;nbsp; I read your article in the June PANCAN outreach newsletter and would like to discuss Switzerland and the procedure you went thru.&amp;nbsp; We need to make some new choices and hopefully you can give me some advice.&amp;nbsp;Thank you.Bill</description>
