Report: Banner Health

There is an enhancing mass projecting into the lumen of the urinary bladder. Posterior and slightly eccentric to the right. No obstructive uropathy is seen. The right ureterovesical junction enters the bladder at the site of the of tumor and and there is likely tumor involving the junction, but without obstruction. The prostate gland is mildly enlarged. No pelvic adenopathy is seen.

IMPRESSION: There is a fairly large mass in the posterior lumen of the urinary bladder, eccentric to the right. This almost certainly represents a malignant

This sound crazy I am in no pain little blood in the my piss no trouble going. And to say malignant with out a sample only a CAT SCAN ?  Please if someone can help me understand that report it would really help. Also any info on how I should handle this, and any step I need to understand.

please get this checked out . my borther was taken to the er and was bleeding closts. they put an iv in hiim and he went clear.  In about a 3 days he started bleeding again and went o a dr and he was stage 2 . they went in a did not cut him and did not remove the bladder. he has to go and have medicine injected into his bladder for 6 weeks, but may have to remove later i do not know. please have it checked out .
