Posterior and slightly eccentric to the right. No obstructive uropathy is seen. The right ureterovesical junction enters the bladder at the site of the of tumor and and there is likely tumor involving the junction, but without obstruction. The prostate gland is mildly enlarged. No pelvic adenopathy is seen.IMPRESSION: There is a fairly large mass in the posterior lumen of the urinary bladder, eccentric to the right. This almost certainly represents a malignantThis sound crazy I am in no pain little blood in the my piss no trouble going. And to say malignant with out a sample only a CAT SCAN ?  Please if someone can help me understand that report it would really help.
