No, but I was dx with GBM 9/18/09 and one of my business partners was dx with GBM within 8 weeks of my dx.  We worked in the same office building for several years, but that's the only connection other than working in the same office suite of about 4,000 sq.ft.  His office was on the other side of the suite.
