I am so sorry for your loss! Today my daughter turned 28 so this is especially sad for me that you lost your Mom today. God bless you. Your Mom joins so many of our loved ones in heaven. My husband died of gbm on April 3, 2009. You are a great daughter to have been your Mom's care giver when she needed you so. Hang in there....time passes...have faith that eventually broken hearts do mend...

I'm so sorry!  I too, lost my mom to this horrible disease.  She died on May 21st and I, along with my Dad and my sister, were her caregivers - I was with her when she passed away - my only relief now is that she doesn't hurt anymore - but I miss her so very much.

 God Bless you too!

Brown Sugar,

I am so very sorry for your loss. I can't imagine how you are feeling, though I am afraid I will find out sooner than I would like. My father is still fighting this beast. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

Brown Sugar;

   I pray you find some comfort and  peace during your time of grieving, thank God you Mom is no longer suffering with this horrible disease.  I think all  Mom's would love to have had such a comassionate person for their daughter as you.  Find peace in the fact that you were there for her and she knew it.  Peace to all your family during this saddest of times.

Dear Brown Sugar,

I am really sorry to hear of your mother dying. I know you did everything you could to make sure she was comfortable and I'm sure she knew that too. I hope as time passes you find more and more that she is with you, never to leave.

Your friend,
Sarah

mom of Andy 26, dx GBM/PNET 1/09

So sorry to hear about your Mom.

I know this is a very difficult time for you.  I also, know there aren't any words that can make you feel better.  Just knowing that so many people on this website are thinking about you and you are in our thoughts and prayers.

Take care of yourself.  Talk to your Mom.  And watch for signs.  I truly believe our loved ones send us messages.  We just have to watch for them.

My father passed away a few years ago.  A  bird stayed on my deck for a full day.  We were able to touch the bird and it didn't fly away.  He was there the next morning.  Just things like that to let you know,,,,,they are okay!

That may sound wierd, but I found it comfronting.

Penny
