Prostate Cancer

Hi,My 63 year old father had radical prostatectomy in 7.2008 (previous bph spp in 1999). Immediately after rpp psa=0. Psa rose with doubling time>2 and in 11.08 psa=0.43 and he passed 42 days radiation. Now after 5 months psa = 0.7.Am i wrong in thinking that the cells that are left are cancerous and that radiation didn"t cure him completely ? Thank'sJanek123
