Hi there. I am very sorry for what you are going through. It does sound like your Mom is at the end stage where bleeding and organ failure begins to occur. That said, it is not easy to predict how long a person has. It's different from patient to patient. My mother was diagnosed stage IV with similar symptoms back in March of this year but lost her battle quite early, unfortunately.
