Help! Worried I have Melenoma!

I have had a mole ever since I was born, it's one of my birthmarks. I've noticed it's rough in texture and there is a red fuzzy ring around it. It's certainly a different color than the mole. the mole is dark in color. If you need a picture of it I do not mind taking one. I am worried this could be cancer as it does burn sometimes but very rarely itches.Several different types of cancers run in my family as well. Any information you can give me on this is great, I know I need a doctor to look at it you don't have to tell me that but right now I don't have insurance so I need to know if it's something to worry about.

 

Pay the money to have it removed.  Can't be that expensive and will pale in comparison if it comes back positive.  Picture wont do you any good.  All anyone can say is that it does look suspicious.

I think you should find the money and go have it looked at.  My husband ignored his, and today he is dead.  While most are not melanoma, isn't a few bucks worth your life?
