I've noticed it's rough in texture and there is a red fuzzy ring around it. It's certainly a different color than the mole. the mole is dark in color. If you need a picture of it I do not mind taking one. I am worried this could be cancer as it does burn sometimes but very rarely itches.Several different types of cancers run in my family as well.
