I was given the cookbook by my oncologist, and found it to be a great resource. If you start looking up stuff randomly with Google, heaven only knows what nonsense you might find.

First of all, we still use the thyca recipe for bread, it's really good! And you can use either regular or bread flour; I think bread flour works the best. (Try the foccacia next; really nice!)

What kind of flour to use?

Hi!I used the ThyCa.com wesite for the bread recipes but it calls for "flour" and doesn't say specifically BREAD FLOUR! So...how can you make bread with only regular flour or did they forget to put bread flour on the recipes? I"m making my first batch today. Please...anybody....who's used these recipes...tell me, can you make bread with regular flour or not? Thanks a bunch! MissCyndie
