Has anyone ever heard of this treatment or know anyone that has tried it. We are planning on doing this for my husband.

This is what I asked them and they sent me a reply.

Is the HIPEC treatment experimental or is it FDA approved?
Do you take volunteers or what is the costs? My husband has stage 4 stomach cancer doing chemo right now but not working. Please send me any information.
Thank you

Here is Dr. Hanna's answer:

It is not experimental. No volunteers. Cost is dependent on extent of surgery, but most insurance will cover. It can be done for stomach cancer only if limited disease and good performance status. If interested in consultation, please call my office 410-328-7320 to schedule appointment.
