Possible complications

Hello, I had a Leep done a few weeks back. I have also been throught this whole procedure several years back dispite having a leep (had the freezing of the cervix). I have noticed that since I had the leep done I have been having discharge issues. The first days were the normal vaginal discharge, then had my period and now the discharge is yellowy in color and smells. I understand this my be a sign of a possible vaginal infection such as yeast infection. I also was reading online in the leep complications sections that you should contact your doctor if you experience this type of discharge. However, I am sure it just may be a yeast infection but I can not treat it (I believe since I had the leep a few weeks back). Is this something I should just bring up to my doctor or wait until the 3-4 weeks are up to treat it?

My daughter had the same discharge and it smelled really bad, she went to the doctor and they found cancer, so don't wait. Go to the doctor right away.
