I just recently found out that my girlfriend of one week has to go to her doctor tomorrow because she may have mild hpv, I'm on here asking for suggestions on how to help her and be supportive throughout this thing to try to make it as easy as possible. Please offer any ideas, I'm open to anything!

I'm glad your girlfriend has you for support. It makes all the difference in the world when loved ones show so much care. The best thing you can do is let her cry and talk and express how upset she is. Even just holding her hand will make a world of difference, and don't hesitate to offer to go with her to her appointment. The second thing you can do is help her research this. There is a plethora of information out there. At CIN I, there is a lot she can do to boost her immune system. If you need any links, I can post them. Knowledge is power! It will take away the fear by getting her actively involved so that she is making an informed decision.

Well you can tell her that you got advice from a cytotechnologist, and that she said "mild dysplasia is nothing to worry about, it is far from cancer, you can get it treated and be perfectly okay!"
