I think you need to get another doctor. Any medical condition should be taken into consideration before a surgical option is recommended. And if you are blood thinners, then extra precautions should be carefully weighed. You also need to discuss why you are on the blood thinners. For a doctor to tell a patient with a medical condition that part of a body organ is going to be cut off, without taking into consideration the consequences says that doctor should not be trusted. Don't go back. Call your primary care physician and get a referral to another OB/GYN.
Did you look at the lab report? Depending on what you have and where it's located, you may be a candidate for something less invasive, such as crosurgery or laser. If LEEP or even cold knife cone biopsy is the best, then the doctor and your primary care physician need to work with you to make this as safe as possible.
Insofar as the endocervical canal and endocervical glands are concerned, an ECC will let you know if anything is located there. But first get another doctor and then get copies of all your lab reports so that you know what is going on.
