A loved one has early stage uterine cancer with hysterectomy scheduled for this week and possible lymph node removal - where the prognosis is good.. but question is - though the patient has been given an otherwise clean bill of health - i've noticed a left hand shakiness (tremor) which I plan to report - and also fading attention - or mental consistency over the past few years -not overt - but i know her - and i see it - have not said too much about it - beacuse it will likely be received as insult - but I see it. Are treatments altered when there may be the very beginning of nervous system or neurologic deterioration? How is the deterioratin revealed in physical testing? ie: bloodwork? Are there established studies? Does the pathology of the uterus affect the pathology of the spine and then - ultimately the nervous system?
