Any one need Sutent

Hello to all my cancer friends who are going thru this fight of a lifetime.  I just want all know that the sutent hasn't worked for my wife and we then tried torisel.  No hope has been given just a few months to live.  We still are praying that she will turn around for the best.  What a doctors says doesn't mean it's written in stone.  She has good days and bad days it is all about pain relief.  Well we all know how expensive Sutent is I paid out of pocket until I got approved, had to get the meds for my wife right away to calm her down.  If anyone needs sutent right away send my a private message and I will send to you.  Just have the doctor write the perscriptions so I can see it as proof.  I really want to give it to someone that needs it.  I hope it works for you as they said many have had success.  Stay strong and keep fighting. Peace and Love

Jimmy,

My heart goes out to you and your wife. I have stage 4 RCC and there are good days and bad days -- but as you said, nothing is written in stone and God does have the final say. The final chapter is not over. Everyday is a gift.  Hang in there.

Hey Steve, Did you see the e-mail going around that asparagus 4tbsp in the morning and 4 tbspn at night have cured some people.  We have just started it yesterday.  Also have you heard that omega DHA also breaks up the tumors.  As you know we are trying both these things as there are no serious side affects.  I hope this info helps and you give it a try.  I will check the alternative treatment post here to see if anyone else has heard of this.  Stay strong my friend.

I have been taking Sutent now for about a year and have had good results.  My doctor told me the other day that a new oral medication for kidney cancer has been approved.  I am sorry I do not know the name, but your oncologist should have this info.  I find that prayer gives me great strength and peace.  At this stage I feel it is only God who  can help us.  I feel he provides this medication for us.  May God be with you and your wife.I pray for a miracle for her.  Peggy

My husband has been on Afinitor for 5 weeks. He started it after Sutent stopped being effective for him. Ask your wife's doctor about Afinitor. Taking drugs prescribed to someone else, even if you take the same drug, is considered a felony. Ask your doctor or pizer if there is someway you can donate the unopened drugs to those in need. We have 2 months supply but were told to destroy them. Good luck.

Sharoncec,  Well thanks for that tip.  I would hate to do something that I think helps and then be charged for a felony.  I have enough of a battle trying to keep my spirits up along with my wife and don't need that battle now.  Yes the doctor has given us some afinitor but my wife has decided not to try it.  How has your husdand been doing on it?  We will be seeing our doctor again on tuesday.  He told us that afinitor has a 20% chance working for her.  She is stage iv and has it everywhere you might as well say.  Nothing has slowed it down.  I wish the best for you and stay strong bc every day is a gift.  I will take the rest of the sutent to our doctor.  Thanks again

Jimmy,

Has she tried Afinitor?  I have a one month supply after my loved one lost his battle with the beast.  His onc said that too much time lapsed before they realized the Nexavar was not working.  Sutent was his first medication and the results were good for seven months until the cancer found its way around the drug.  Let me know if she would like to try it.  I can send it to you.
