Question about a Cone Biopsy/Leep

I had a LEEP done and they also did a Cone Biopsy at the same time. t(they said that it is easier to do it that way) anyway they have already set up a follow up appointment then yesterday they called and told me that the doctor wants to see me as soon as possible. So I asked the nurse if she could tell me if it was good or bad and she said I can't tell you that, but according to your chart the test were run twice. I am scared and I don't know what to expect. If the results were good I don't see the reason they would call me in since I already have a follow-up appointment. Any comments or replies would greatly be appreciated

I also wanted to give you a little about my diagnosis.

In January of 2003 I was diagnosed with Severe Dysplasia that was never treated due to loss of insurance. Well in April of this year (2009) I was approved for medicaid and I sent up an appointment with a gyno. At that appointment I explained that I was diagnosed with Severe Dysplasia that never got treated, so they did a pap. I got a call a couple of weeks later stating that I did indeed have abnormal cells and I needed to come in On June 8th for a Colopscopy. So I went in for that appointment and when I got there I was informed that I was going to be having a Cone Biopsy using the LEEP method. I do through the procedure get done and they set up a follow up appointment. Then yesterday I receive a phone call from my Gyno's office stating that the doctor wants to see asap to discuss my biopsy result. I just need some reassurance that I am not crazy for being worried or scared. I know that at this point worrying and being scared isn't going to solve anything because I won't find out anything until next appointment. But I just can't fathom why they want to see me asap when I have a follow up appointment. I know in the end it doesn't matter what the doctor say's I am going to be proactive and very informed on whatever the results show. I am just scared because if the test results showed the Severe Dysplasia then why wouldn't they tell me about that over the phone? I am going nuts here.
