There is no limit in Quebec as to how long the government will pay for Avastin as long as it is given with chemo. I had Avastin for a good 2 years, but, in my case, the chemo doesn't work anymore so the oncologist wants to switch me to Vectibix. Yiour father should check with his province of residence as health care is a provincial responsibility.
