pg With Cervical Cancar

Just found out a few days ago. I am almost 13 weeks pregnant. Its scary but from the feedback I have gotten things should be OK and as long as I am in an early stage the pregnancy is fine. I go see my oncologist on Wed. Anyone have any suggestions on questions I should ask. They did three biopsy's on me and one showed cancerous and another questionable. My OBGYN told me they would probably do a Cone Biopsy in the 2nd trimester. Is that the same thing as a Leep? A little worried about that. She said if they get it all then I can deliver the baby vaginally if not I will have to deliver early via C-section and have a hysterectomy. Trying not to be scared. Willie
