Second Opinion @ Johns Hopkins

I was diagnosed and treated 6 years ago for a Grade 2 Astrocytoma.  My tumor showed up again two years ago.  My current Neuro-Oncologist, Dr. Laterra is very nice, however, there is a disconnect.  After each 6 month follow up I leave more confused about how to treat my tumor.  My primary care doctor asked me to see Dr. Stuart Grossman at Hopkins for a second opinion on how to treat my tumor.  Does anyone have any information on Dr. Grossman?  I'm worried that I will feel the same after seeing him? Help?
