I didn't know there was a generic Revlimid.  Seems a little early for them (Celgene) to lose their patent.  I am on 15 mg daily (21 on, 7 off) and 4 (four) mg of medrol.  It has been 4 years and my numbers (IgG, m-spike, B2M, CRP etc) have been stable.  My IgG remains in the normal range.  My only side effect is a slight anemia (Hct=39).  If Celgene is not making it, who is? (who is making a generic lenalidomide).  My insurance (the Blues) is paying for the drug @ $1004.00 per capsule. I pay a $50.00 co-pay.  I read somewhere that it costs Celgene $0.06 (six cents) to make the capsule.

The generic lenalidomide is coming out of India and made by Natco Pharmaceuticals.  The price is much cheaper ($920 for 30 25mg capsules).  They will not ship to certain countries although, I notice, that the USA is not on that list.  You will have to make your own decision of whether you want to trust this source.

The price my insurance pays is $7400 for 21 10mg capsules.
