Islet Cell Neuroendocrine Carcinoma

Any others out there?  I've had it since 12/2002.  Primary in the tail of my  pancreas, spread to my liver, abdominal lining and some in my spine.  Have had RFA on my liver and 5 chemo-embolizations to my liver and now am taking Avastin every 3 weeks and have been on that since 11/2008.  But like everything else, switched insurance from United Health to Athem and they are no refusing the treatment because it's off label.  It's been working wonderfully and now they are wanting me to pay for it.  At $19k a dose every 3 weeks, I won't be able to afford.  Any suggestions?
