Go to Google and type in country by country cholangiocarcinoma mortality rates. When it comes up click on the 2nd item, the wikipedia site. When that comes up scroll down to Epidemiology. In fact read the entire document by wikipedia, you will be on overload in 5 minutes. There is an enormous amount of information out these on the web, more than you even want to know, but knowing is what you need to do. By the way...South East Asia is the problem area, it's a parasite in their water. If you have this cancer...have you done any traveling in these areas in the past 20 years...this cancer is a very slow grower, but it a real killer.
