Hi,

I dont if I have anything, but I just got my test results back and my Serum Free Light Chain test was positive. My Kappa was high 432 range (74-295) and Lambda normal 155 Range (32-156) and my Kappa/Lambda Ratio was high 2.8 Range (1.2-2.7)

Is this a test result consistant with a light chain despoition disease??

Skeetr,

Not sure what you're looking for, but I have kappa light chain mm.  No m-spike and all of my immunglobulins tend to be below the reference range.

Let us know if you have specific questions.

Janet

I just got my blood drawn for a serum immunofixation. Will only check for M Protien spikes? And will it be positive with MGUS or just Multiple Myeloma?
