I'm moving into my one year anniversary of my surgery from this aggressive disease (stage 1A, grade 3). Would like to hear from other women facing life with this type of cancer.

Hi there,

I too have just approached my 1 yr anniversary(13 1/2 months) with Stage 1A, grade 3.  I had opted NOT to do chemo as I was very sick at the time from other ailments. I go for my CA125 again this Friday and I am a MESS. I guess that we are considered lucky if you want to call it that because it was found SO early however the chance for recurrence at Grade 3 is about 40%. I just hope and pray each time I go for my blood test, and try to be optimistic.
