burning sensation

Hi

I was diagnosed with Stage 4 lung cancer back in feb 09. I have done 3 rounds of carboplatic/Ulimpta, 6 weeks on Tarceva, and now onto my third day of Taxotere. I have had about 25 rounds of radiation targeting my vertebrae areas without any luck of pain relief. I have recently been experiencing a burning sensation in my throat, almost like acid reflux. Sometimes when I swallow it is almost as if I can taste the burning sensation. Has anyone experienced this? Is there anything I can eat or take to help?
