My father has had EC for almost 3 years.  He did not have the surgery, he can't take anymore radiation - there is not anymore chemo he can take.  He is in the hospital - they tried a feeding tube - his body does not digest it so they have to remove the food the doctors are stumped...anyone else heard of this?

My friend is having the same problems, she cannot digest anything, she has had Chemo and they believe it is the result of the Chemo but they also have trouble with tubes, nothing seems to be going through her and they cannot find a blockage, they say her stomach is just not working.  Have you heard anything further from your questions?

If you can't get to the above website, please send me a private message and I'll send you the information. Since I have been taking enzymes daily since my own diagnosis in 2004 (not EC) I understand how valuable they can be when the digestive system needs assistance and when inflammation levels are high.......... All the best...... Sheila
