Added or alone? Polysaccharide, Oligo

Has anyone used Oligo or another polysaccharide to help the chemo or as a stand alone?   I've been reading about it, but the research I read only went to about 2000.   It's being used in Japan and China and now many in the US are ordering it.   No side effects, but boosts the effectiveness of chemos.   Of course, the clinical trials are mostly absent for use in the US.   I'm waiting to talk with several here in the US who think it worked wonders for them.
