There is no reason why a leep procedure would cause you to miss your period. Your endometrium (uterine lining) should still shed normally. Do you absolutely know you are not pregnant? Obviously if you haven't had sex since your last period you would know you are not pregnant, but if you have taken one of those over the counter pregnancy tests, well, I suggest you go see your doctor for a blood test, to make sure.
