I also had nasty unusual side effects from hormone treatment, what I did about it was go off all hormone therapy. It was the worse 6 months of my life. Personally I would never do hormone treatment again.

My husband was on zolodex and casodex for nine months.  He then went off of it for 9 months and is now back on it.  The first time he was on it, he had hot flashes and extreme fatigue.  This time, he is tired but not like the first time.  Maybe he should tell the doctor of the effects.  He may want to try taking the pill at a different time of day.

Hi dalhia, I use the 40mg of  Red clover tablets instade of zoledex and casodex. The Red clover (Trifolium pretense) isoflavones. dose it a bit deferant it takes the place of the sex hormone testoserone on the cancer receptors, blocking it from geting more sexhormone into the cancer cell so it do the same thing as zoledex and casodex. in stoping the testoserone from geting to the cancer cell. but it only denies the sex hormone from geting to the cancer cell, not  geting it to the patient whole body. Its also not as fast, but it has not got the same bad side  effect as zoledex and casodex. Red clover (Trifolium pretense) is a well-known source of isoflavones. I feel he would do better on go to this web site to see more

Hi warmsurfing You can get a product called Trinovin, it for prostrate BHP but though Novogen wont say it works on prostrate cancer, it dos, and were the normil dose is 40mg aday, my naterpath said for my weight at 300lbs 140klos I have to take 160mg aday, for the the first three months then 80mg what Im on now. I also have one Litre of soy milk aday  that has isoflavones in it in my cups of tea I was told I could have no sugary foods or drinks,
