The spot on my kidney was found in 2007. My Urologist suggested coming back in a year since it was so small as to be inconclusive. In 2008 it had grown and he advised a partial nephrectomy which was done in June of 2008. I
Chemo was not needed because the part of my kidney with the mass was removed. I've been checked twice every six months since and was given a clean bill of health from reoccurence of cancer or masses.
My problem is that sometime when I sneeze....I get spasms. I've always been seated when this occurs.
One of the things I suspect is adhesions or skin from the incision growing to other organs. I'm not satisfied with what the Urologist tells me about this, It's very aggravating as I ws active before the surgery and want to begin exercizing in earnest once more.
Anyone else experience this? If so....has your Doctor told you why this happens? Let me know.
