Subject: Gemcitabine & Carboplatin to Treat Nsclc

In the newsletter for the week 01/11/2006 an article about GEMCITABINE & CARBOPLATIN appeared for the treatment of NSCLC. I didn't found it very convincing since it is not mentioning anything about the mechanism by which it is showing its anti-cancer activity. I would thus like to know the mechanism of its action.
