OPN Post Recovery with Burning Pain

I had my OPN on July 30, 2009 with stage II cancer removed from the top 3rd of my right kidney. I am now cancer free (thank goodness) and feeling good other than the stomach swelling and burning pain (pins and needles) in my lower right side. It has been there since week two and has not really subsided at all. I have read many messages on this web page and see that most people are feeling close to 100% after about 3 to 4months. Has anyone been experiening this same burning sensation after 10 weeks? If so, when did you finally start feeling the pain go way? I am really unable to do anything other than walk because of this. My doctor said the swollen stamach will probably never go way. Not to happy about that but it sure beats the alternative. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
