Good Morning flowers,

Well, thank God I can not speak from experience. My wife was diagnosed with Bile Duct Cancer in 2003 and is currently battling this deadly illness.

I can not tell you what to expect , if you are asking about if your ex-husband will be in a lot of pain, under a lot pain med's, etc. etc. Maybe a chat with his doctor would help, they see this everyday.

What I can tell you is this may be a great time to forgive each other for all that happened in the past. Right now all those angry moments mean NOTHING. Tell him you never stopped loving him, even if it's not true. Allow him a peaceful ending. Maybe he will tell you the same.

Death is final...what you don't say now, you will never have another chance.

By the way, I never asked...how close is close. As I told you previously my wife has been battling this cancer since 2003. I may have jumped the gun about you approach to death.

Please update us , maybe we can offer you other support and advice that may help.

Thanks, Leonard from Alamo, California
