Hi all, just a bit of good news for a change ,ive just had another good mri result.my gbm returned 5 mths ago and went back on temodal, within the first month it had gone again.i was diagnosed in 2001 with a begnign right temporal lobe tumour ,had it removed and it turned out to be a grade 4 gbm.radthpy 30 days and temodal 18 mths, then 1 yr off ,small re-show .now completed  5 mths of 6 mths further treatment.no problems  with scans so that temodal seems to work ok for me.so now in to 4thyear of this,i hope to live until i'm 100 best to all of us john.

WONDERFUL!  That's the result we're all praying for and hearing of other GBM success stories gives us hope.

Wishing you continued good health!

Just the news we love to hear!  I hope Teri is reading this, her post is new and she is worried about  her recurrence.  Your news is just what she needs to hear.

Excuse me for asking, but how old are you, and how long did they give you to live?  (My Dad just got diagnosed, age 57)

Amen Sister!!!!!  I was feeling guilty that my hubby's (gbm iv 11/07) scans are clear when my friend just lost her husband to the same type of tumor.  Someone on this site was kind enough to say "Your healing is our hope".  Wow...that was a gift.  So...I'm passing it on to you:

YOUR HEALING is OUR HOPE!!!!!  God bless, jan
