post Whipple pain

Hi, I am posting here and also posted on the pancreatic cancer board hoping to find other Whipple patients.  My cancer was confined to the ampulla, and I am almost 2 months post op and starting my chemo.  Recently, I have had some pretty good incisional pain or otherwise what feels related to the surgery - like possible adhesions or my pancreatic stent moving?? Any ideas out there?  It doesn't usually last a real long time, but it can be several times during the day and it stops me in my tracks - pretty sharp.
