fallopian tube cancer

Hi

I was diagnosed with Stage 3a fallopian tube cancer in March 2009 during a hysterecotmy.   I had additional surgery (lymph node dissection, pelvic washings and completed omenectomy) in April 2009.  Chemo treatments began in June 2009 - IP and IV taxol and IP cisplaten/carboplaten.  My last treatment was October 5.  Trying to figure out next steps - more chemo, clinical study or alternative treatments.  I want to do whatever possible to minimize chances of recurrence - I have been told there is a 30 to 40% chance.  Don't like the odds and not sure I am comfortable sitting around and waiting.  Would love to talk to anyone who has been down this path.

Lynn
