Tomorrow is treatment #18 of 30.  Treatments are going well, I have lost some hair, and have some fatigue setting in.  However it is not all that bad so far.  Aside from not working and driving I am doing everything else.

I am glad radiation is going smoothly for you.  It is great to hear good stories and positive outlooks. Driving a car is over rated anyways.  Walking is great for mind, body and soul.

When my son was going through radiation we walked everywhere for 7 weeks.  It was a great slow down from a hectic life.

Best of luck to you and your family,

Conrad!  Way to go!!!!  Just remember, bald men are by far the sexiest!  My hubby shaved it off and never looked back!  Just remember, it's ok to rest and kick back...your main job is healing.  Other stuff is just details.

hugs and prayers,

Your experience sounds like mine was.  I had some fatigue and a little hair loss-but it wasn't too bad overall-keep with it!  Just a heads up some patches in my hair still doesn't really grow so I have to keep my hair longer than I want to or just shave it off-it's not a real problem though-and that's the only long term side effect I think.  Looks like you will also be so blessed-good luck.
