hi my name is erin and im 22. i had a leep procedure done this past summer for moderate to severe dysplasia. the results after the leep procedure came back that i had unclear margins, but my doctor said that she thought she got the rest with the cauterizing. 2 weeks ago i went for my first pap smear after the procedure...i just got my results a few min. ago and they are NORMAL! i am so thrilled! i changed my lifestyle around to help bulid my immune system also. i stopped smoking...i only drink ocassionaly...i eat healthy...i workout...and i also take vitamins every day( women's one a day along with omega 3, 6, and 9 as well as a b-complex)..this also helped me loose 20lbs : ) i was so worried about the outcome...but i am thankful that mine has been a posative one so far. i just wanted to let people know...who are going through this...that it does work sometimes and to keep faith.
