I am an ovarian cancer survivor, stage 2.I had surgery on April 27,09 and followed with 6 chemo treatments, and went through it with minimal side effects..The first step I took was to find an Integrative Doctor and we began boosting the immune system right away. Host Defense(compounds from 17 different oriental mushrooms)Vitamins B-complex,daily one, large doses of C,just to name a few.A mind, body and soul overhaul.Ridding myself of poison toxins including toxic people.  Changing the way you think about life, death and becoming God connected, allover again if you were disconnected from a power greater than you.Get damn good and angry and if you need to get a baseball bat and release tension by smashing it against a tree,do it! Visualization is very important. My method was to visualize any possible remaining cancer cells with faces of all the toxic, rotten, bloodsucking people I hated, and that had hurt me, and smash the hell out of them with a baseball bat.Surround yourself with a support network of people who can encourage you and be there when fear or depression start to set in.Know you have the power within to heal yourself.Tell people that are not encouraging,or start to rattle off frightening statistics,to go to Hell or what ever you need to tell them!! Arm yourself with good reading by some great authors,Dr.Bernie Segal,Wayne Dyer etc.Be strong, learn to let go of the anger as best as possible, learn the power of Love and be willing to be there and share your experience to encourage other women in need.

Thanks for posting this important information. I would add that after you have smashed those people whom you feel have hurt you then please forgive them as that is a large part of the healing process. Not easy but it can be done. MMS
