Hello Kathy1958, My wife in 2003 had stage 2B Bile Duct Cancer and in 2009 she is doing pretty well. It sounds like your husband is scared and mad and very foolish. If he continues this path, you might as well tell him to get his affears in order. A bilirubin count of 21.7 is very, very serious. That needs to be drained ASAP. Sorry for the late response. I normally review the Bile Duct messages not the liver messages. Your message was posted October 16th...I may be late with this advise...sorry for that.
