Yes i have been going thru severe headaches memory loss and loss of vision numbness of the face. I went to the er they done a ct and said that there were tissue or a mass in my sinus cavity and they didnt think it could cause that much main. But i know there is  something wrong i have swelling under my eyes and pressure on my head and face that want let up . I have been treated for sinus infections over and over. What kind of doctor should i see that would actually give me a pet scan. Should i be worried because i am .please respond

A CT scan should tell you what's going on.  The mass could simply be a cyst.  I would make sure to have a full CBC and metabolic panel run.  I know Myeloma often manifests itself in the sinus.  The infections may be caused by a weakend immune system instead the mass you're referencing.  Don't panic, get a second opinion.

You should take your scans and see an ENT physician to properly scope your sinuses. You might also possibly need surgery so that the doctor can properly visualize the area and possibly biopsy it. Discuss with the doctor and let him put it into the context of your symptoms and your scan results.
