Dilatin levels

My brother (diagnosed 10/08 with GBM IV) is on dilatin and keppra to prevent seizures but is having difficulty maintaining the requisite dilatin levels.  Has anyone else experienced this problem?

Ask your brother's NO if he can add in Vimpat. It is a brand new drug that really helped my mother. She has a GBM in her left temporal lobe and was having partial seizures and acting very strange. Now she is doing well. Maybe Vimpat can help your brother
