Best hospitals for diagnosis and treatment?

I have been thru alot of Dr.s just trying to get a diagnosis for all of my symptoms to no avail.  Finally an E.R. Dr. told me that I had symptoms of having Multiple Myeloma and that I needed testing.  My Dr. is dragging her feet.  She didn't think the blood protein levels were high enough to be tested.  I have been on two courses of Prednisone within a months time and now my symptoms are returning.  I am desperate at this point.  I will go anywhere just to get a diagnosis.  I have been symptomatic for several years but it has been unrelenting since Feb. of this year.  I have considered going to the Mayo clinic or down to Huntsman.  Any suggestions?  Thank You.
