PSA

Was diagnosed with prostate cancer in 2005,  had hormone treatment and

Hyperthermia treatment in Germany. In 2007 i was diagnosed with Renal Cell Carcinoma and had a tumor removed from my right kidney. having check ups periodicly

PSA this year has been from 8.5 to now 10.7m and will be checked again in Jan 2010.. Doctors have not recommended anything as of now. what do you think?

I'd have the doc give you a "Free PSA" test, it gives the percentage of PSA that is free or bound to protein.  The lower the score the more likely it is cancer, I've never seen it wrong, it's just a blood test.  If the percentage is under 10% it's surely cancer

Hoping your score is way high.  I wouldn't sit around and wait, a rise of 2. is not good.

 I think that the fact you are having a rising PSA is not a good thing, something is going on. Plus a number like 10.7 is not within normal parameters. I would get a second opinion from a prostate oncologist. What was your inital PSA, Gleason and stage of the cancer?
