why is it that my wifes endo wont tell    me the variant of metastatic  papillary she has?my wife had tt in 04 surgical pathology report said metastatic papillary. of paratracheal lymph node a 2 cm papillary tumor in the right lobe of  thyroid  and follicular adenoma 3cm in left lobe. vascular invasion  then had 150 mci pathologic stage of pt pn1 pmx  co ocurring graves disease after surgery now  permident hypoparathyroidism hypocalcemia recurance in07 doc said it was anew or de nevo in thyroid bed and  tumor in central compartment a 3cm lymph node ajacent to right submandibular gland. endo said non avid tumors to rai had pet scan endo said now its upstaged and we wait and see she takes 175 syn and just had atsh of 16 she had a syncope  episode right chest pain then passed out they say she has hyperterision what does this all mean will someone tell me iv been trying to understand all this been reading for two years and its hard to figure it all out help please
