Alternatives to Chemotherapy

I have been diagnosed with stage 2 Triple Negative Breast Cancer.  2.8cm tumor, 3 lymph nodes affected.  Are there any alternatives to chemotherapy available?  I have heard of a shortened version of chemo, but don't know anything about it.  Natural alternatives?
