Infection in My Sinus Tract(Bowel)

After successful colon surgery and ostomy reattachment I now have an infection in my sinus tract in the rectum. My surgeon has to go in and clean it out. I have been on antibiotics. Will this be an habitual thing? Will it ever clearup?

It sure itches in my butt cheeks when it is active.

Not  to sure about  this, have you asked  your Dr?? or have you checked Google for more info??\
