hi. can MM spread to lungs? docs found shades in moms' lungs, the theory is that it is some infection but mom is frantic.

I read on the fightmyeloma.org FAQ that yes, it can move to the lungs, but typically that's in cases of advanced disease. If your mom has been doing well, I doubt it's MM related.

Hi Yana,
Are they going to do further tests for confirmation of infection? Usually, the white count is elevated with an infection.
