My brotherinlaw has Carcnoid Cancer the tumor was removed from the intestine but liver is full of tiny tumors. He has been getting treatments every 4 or 6 weeks they go into the groin and up to the liver and inject chemo. He is going to have his last one this next week. He is on Sandostatin monthly and toward the 3rd and 4th week the flashing and flushing is severe MD has told him he might have to live with it. I do not know the dose but they have been told this is all the insurance will pay for. We are looking for suggestions and any hints anyone may have. He has fatigue and diarrhea is being controlled.
Blessings to you all
Pat
